Who we are
Saiavabrik is a collective engineering workshop in Vaida, Harjumaa, housing five specialists under one roof. We combine expertise in mechanical engineering, metal fabrication, electronics, 3D technologies and composite materials — available as a unified team or as individual specialists for your project.
Whether you need a one-off prototype, a precision race part, or a full vehicle build, we approach every project with workshop-floor honesty and engineering precision.
What we do
Each service is delivered by specialists with proven hands-on experience. We are not anonymously "a company" — you know exactly who does the work.
Engine Building & Mechanical
Full engine builds, rebuilds and mechanical repairs. From street motors to purpose-built race engines. General mechanical diagnostics and repairs on passenger and performance vehicles.
Metal Fabrication & Welding
Custom metal fabrication using TIG and MIG welding. Exhaust systems, brackets, structural components, custom chassis work. If it's steel or aluminum, we can build it.
3D Scanning & CAD Modeling
Precision 3D scanning of existing parts, reverse engineering, full CAD design from scratch. Suitable for prototyping, reproduction parts and fit verification before fabrication.
3D Printing
FDM and resin 3D printing of functional parts, prototypes, jigs and custom components. Short runs, one-offs and iterative design work. Material selection for specific use-case requirements.
Electronics & ECU Engineering
Custom electronics design and build, wiring harnesses from scratch, ECU setup and tuning. From sensor integration to full engine management systems for motorsport and custom builds.
Carbon Fibre & Kevlar Lamination
Composite part manufacturing using carbon fibre and kevlar lamination. Body panels, aero components, brackets, structural reinforcements. Lightweight, high-strength solutions for racing and custom applications.
Media & Videography
Motorsport and event videography, post-production and team media management. FSRT content creation and media production for motorsport events and automotive projects.
Racetrack Construction
Have a plot of land and a dream? Full-scale racetrack layout, construction and preparation. From drag strips to circuit design. We know what it takes.
